At Evergreen House, residents participate in mandatory
in-house group meetings, and seven self-help meetings
per week. Random toxicology screenings are conducted
to ensure a sober environment. A positive screen result
generally calls for the client's dismissal. Mandatory individual
and group counseling along with Psychological evaluations
and follow-up if needed, are provided professionally
by James Kenney of Northeast Healthcare.
A nurse practioner, Donna Feeney, comes in to attend
to clients as necessary.
