Bio
The first time I went to treatment I was 17 years old. It was suggested that I go to sober living after I departed, which I did not do. Needless to say I did not stay sober. I am what some people refer to as a “chronic relapser”. After multiple trips to detox, treatment, and sober living homes, I got sober on March 28th 2010. I attribute much of my success in recovery to the men that showed me exactly what they do to stay sober on a daily basis. The last sober living home I went through played a big part in my recovery. I do not think I would have stayed sober if it was not for the structure and discipline the house provided. My goal with North Austin Sober Living is to replicate a similar environment to the one that helped me so much.
