Hello, my name is Theresa, and I am a Tech here at Taylor Recovery. My journey as a woman in long-term recovery started on May 20, 2012, due to the consequences of my behaviors. Since that time I have worked diligently to reshape my life and become an asset to society. I am in my 3rd year of my bachelors degree in Psychology with a concentration in substance abuse , and I am working toward becoming a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) and/or Peer Support Specialist. I am currently a certified Recovery Coach, and I am very active in the recovery community. My hope is that everyone who suffers from addiction can one day find the happiness, peace, and serenity that I have found in this recovery process.
