Houses provide a place for newly sober men to call home that provides all of the necessary tools to develop and maintain a life of recovery. Momentum Houses are 12 step based and have on-site management, as well as drug and alcohol testing to ensure the integrity of the community. Residents provide each other with support and guidance to navigate through the obstacles of life in recovery from alcoholism or drug addiction. Management provides structure and adherence to recovery principles.

The men of Oxford House Loma Park pay all the expenses related to the maintenance of the house. This facility has a maximum capacity of 9 residents. This self-supporting and drug free home is part of a larger nationwide nonprofit organization.
